Banana Lime Crumble

9 pisang raja bananas, peeled and sliced
1 lime, juiced
35g (1/4 cup) plain flour
125g (1 cup) Eastern Granola
55g (1/4 cup) brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter, softened

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Divide the bananas among 4 ramekins. Pour the lime juice over the bananas. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and granola. Add the butter. Rub the butter into the flour with your fingertips until the mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs. Sprinkle mixture over bananas to cover, and bake for 12 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 4.
