350g (3 cups) dark chocolate, chopped
397g (1 can) condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
Pinch of salt
125g (1 cup) Eastern Granola
Put the chopped chocolate, condensed milk, butter and salt in a heavy-based pan on low heat, and stir to melt. Add the granola to the melted chocolate-condensed milk mix. Pour the mixture into a foil-lined 23cm (9-inch) square tray, smoothing the top. Let the fudge cool, and
refrigerate until set. Cut into small pieces. Keep in the freezer or serve right away. Makes 64 pieces.
