Eastern Granola Cheesecake

75g (1/3 cup) butter, melted
185g (1 1/2 cup) Eastern Granola
500g (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
397g (1 can) condensed milk
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 160C. In a food processor, blend together the granola and butter. Press it evenly on bottom of a foil lined square pan. Bake granola crust for 10 minutes. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, beating until smooth. Add eggs, mix well. Pour into the baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 6 hours until firm.
