Our Eastern Muesli is great straight up with milk or yogurt. But if you soak it overnight in milk or apple juice, you can make a mean bircher muesli too. Here’s how to do it.
150g Eastern Muesli (half the bag)
1 apple, grated
125ml (1/2 cup) apple juice or milk
130g (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt
Mix the muesli, apple and apple juice/milk together in a bowl. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. The next morning, stir in the yogurt, spoon into a nice bowl and eat. Serves 2.
